Best practices would dictate your email account password also be new/different than any other account. Other method might be some bad guys compromised or stole the username/password database from TeamViewer and thus can login as anybody and do whatever, so maybe now is the time to change your password and ensure its new/different than anything else you use online.

If you don't see that domain resolving to the same IP, then there's a problem. I had reason to believe this was a DNS heist or cache poisoning.
